Mrs. Della DOOL, 91, 608 N. Court St., died Saturday at 7:42 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital after a brief illness.
Last rites will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. John Dilley officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The body will be taken from the funeral home to the church Tuesday at 9 a.m.
Mrs. DOOL was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. She was born Jan. 26, 1882 near Salina, the daughter of Robert and Lattie L. COLE YOUNG. She graduated from Franklin School in 1900. She was chief telephone operator in Fairfield for 37 years.
Mrs. DOOL was married to the Rev. J.I. DOOL Sept. 30, 1937. He died Oct. 1, 1947. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church for 73 years and a member of the Iowa Presbyterial Executive Board for 35 years.
She was also a member of Westminster Bible Class, Sigma Circle of the Association of Presbyterian Women, Fairfield Women's Club and Wit and Wisdom Club. She was financial secretary of the local church from 1937 to 1970.
Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Glenn LATHROP, Huxley; a nephew, the Rev. George CAMPBELL, Waverly; and a step-daughter, Mrs. Frances HINKHOUSE, Fairfield.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 11TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1974, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DELLA R. DOOL DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 30TH DAY OF MARCH, 1973, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT DELLA LOUISE LATHROP & REV GEORGE W. CAMPBELL WERE APPOINTED EXECUTORS OF SAID ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
