Page 3, Column 2PAULINE DESPAIN DIED ON SUNDAY
Little Pauline Ruth DESPAIN died Sunday morning about 11 o'clock at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore DESPAIN on South Sixth street after only a few days illness of scarlet fever. The interrment took place this afternoon at two o'clock at Evergreen cemetery. Dr. Thomas Osborn, pastor of the Methodist church, held a short service at the cemetery.
Pauline Ruth DESPAIN was born on October 9th, 1911, and was at the time of her death aged four months and eight days. She was the pride and joy of the household and her death has left a vacant place in the home and the affections of both parents and the older children. The fact that the home was under quarantine made the visit of the death angel very sad.
