MRS. A. B. CUPP DIED THURSDAY AT KEOTA

Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. A. B. CUPP, who passed away yesterday afternoon at 4:45 at her home in Keota, after a week's illness with plural (sic - pleural) pneumonia. Mrs. CUPP is a former resident of this city--the family just removing to Keota about a year ago, and many friends here will regret to learn of her death.

Mary CUPP was the daughter of Avon and Louisa CHATTERTON and is survived by the following sisters: Miss Millie CHATTERTON, Mrs. Flora HIATT and Mrs. Lulu HIATT, of Fairfield. In early womanhood she was united in marriage to A. B. CUPP, who is left to mourn her death. To this union were born the following children: Eva, Robert, John and Esther, who are all at home.

She has long been a member of the Christian church. She will be greatly missed in her home, where she was a loving and kind wife and mother.

Short funeral services wre held from the Christian church at Keota and then the remains will be brought to this city, where services will be held from the Christian church Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock, in charge of Rev. Polly. The remains will be laid to rest in Evergreen cemetery.

MRS. CUPP'S FUNERAL ON SUNDAY AT 4:30

The hour of the funeral services for Mrs. A. B. CUPP, whose remains are to be brought here from Keota for burial, have been changed from 3:00 o'clock until 4:30, Sunday afternoon, owing to the funeral party being unable to make the trip by auto.

CUPP FUNERAL.

The funeral services for Mrs. A. B. CUPP, of Keota, were held this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock from the Christian church in charge of Rev. R. H. Polly. The funeral party were unable to make train connections yesterday, so had to postpone it until today.
