The body of William Allen CUNNINGHAM, who was accidently killed the 21st inst., at Minot, N. D., arrived in this city Saturday morning and was interred that afternoon. Rev. J. E. Corley conducted the futeral (sic) services. Deceased was the eldest son of Mrs. Lucy J. CUNNINGHAM. He was reared in this city and was fifty-seven years of age. He had been absent from Fairfield for about thirty-three years. Very meager particulars concerning the death of Mr. CUNNINGHAM have been received here, the report of the coroner showing simply that it was "accidental." It is thought that he was killed in a coal mine which he had been operating, possibly by a falling roof. The condition of the body would justify a conclusion of that kind.
