Orrie William CRILE, 80, longtime resident of the Fairfield community, died at 7:25 a.m. today at the family home east of Fairfield on Rural Route 1, after a long illness.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Orrie William CRILE was born March 22, 1899, near Brighton. He was the son of Noah Amos and Emma HOLZHAUSER CRILE. He married Velna COX Oct. 31, 1923, at Ottumwa. She survives.
in 1956. He was employed as a welder at the Louden Machinery Co. prior to his retirement, and attended the Lutheran Church.
CRILE farmed in the Farson and Batavia Communities before moving to Fairfield in 1928. They moved to their present home near Beckwith
