Mrs. CRILE, 80, Taken In Death

Mrs. M. E. (Ed) CRILE, 80, died today at 8 a.m. at the Jefferson County hospital. She had been seriously ill for two weeks.

A lifetime resident of Jefferson county, Mrs. CRILE resided at 603 N. Third St. Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral home in charge of the Rev. J. Roland Crandall. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. CRILE was the former Bertha Ann LOUTH. She was born Nov. 15, 1879 near Four Corners, the daughter of Simon P. and Elizabeth JORDAN LOUTH. She was married Jan. 1, 1901, to M. E. CRILE. She was a member of the Methodist church and the Golden Wedding club.

Mrs. CRILE is survived by her husband and two children, Mrs. Boyd LANTZ, Fairfield; and Waldo H. CRILE, Fort Madison. Five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and the following sister and brothers survive: Mrs. Fred CRILE, Fremont, Ohio; Charles LOUTH, Burns, Wyo.; Jess LOUTH and Will LOUTH, both of Fairfield.

Notice Is Hereby Given, that the undersigned has been duly appointed and qualified as Executor of the estate of Bertha A. CRILE deceased, late of Jefferson County. All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment and those having claims against the same will present them within legal time, duly authenticated, to the undersigned, for allowance and file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court.
