Mrs. Emma CRILE Succumbs At 82

Mrs. Emma CRILE, 82, Fairfield, Route 1, died at 4 a.m. today at the Jefferson County hospital where she had been a patient since Tuesday. She had been in failing health for several years.

Last rites will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Hoskins Funeral home in charge of Dr. E. A. Piper. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. CRILE was born Feb. 25, 1874 near Hedrick, the daughter of William and Theresa RITTER HOLZHAUSER. She was married to Noah A. CRILE March 3, 1897 at Hedrick.

Mr. and Mrs. CRILE have been residents of Jefferson county since their marriage. They made their home with a son, Orrie CRILE.

Mrs. CRILE is survived by her husband and son, two brothers, Daniel and John HOLZHAUSER, Hedrick, and a sister, Mrs. Will MORGAN, Hedrick. Three brothers and two sisters are deceased.

Mrs. CRILE was a member of the Lutheran church.
