STOCKPORT-- Margaret CRAWFORD, 97, longtime resident of the Stockport Community, died at 8:55 a.m. today at the Jefferson County Hospital.

Services are pending at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

CRAWFORD rites to be Saturday

STOCKPORT-- Services for Margaret B. CRAWFORD, 97, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

The Rev. David Kennedy will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorails (sic) may be made to the Stockport Library or Stockport United Methodist Church. Friends may call at the funeral home at their convenience.

Mrs. CRAWFORD died at 8:55 a.m. Thursday at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been admitted a few hours earlier.

Margaret B. CRAWFORD was born Sept. 10, 1886, in Jefferson County. She was the daughter of Peter and Philomene MARIES BRUEY. Her marriage to John CRAWFORD, Jr., took place March 14, 1906. He died Dec. 13, 1949.

Survivors include a daughter, Lola UNKRICH, Fairfield; a son, Lyle CRAWFORD, Route 1, Birmingham; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. CRAWFORD was a lifetime resident of the Stockport Community and the last of a family of five children.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MARGARET B. CRAWFORD DECEASED:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 18TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1984, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARGARET B. CRAWFORD DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 13TH DAY OF MAY, 1966, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT LYLE J. CRAWFORD WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
