Funeral arrangements are pending at Behner Funeral Home.

Services for Gladys COOP WORKMAN, 84, who died Wednesday morning at Long Term Care, Jefferson County Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Clair Odell officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home. A memorial has been established to First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. WORKMAN was born July 10, 1901 near Four Corners, the daughter of Robert A. and Anna SCHEIBER FULTON. On Dec. 23, 1926 in Jefferson County, she married Roy COOP, who died Sept. 4, 1966. She married Stanley WORKMAN Dec. 3, 1967. He died Oct. 14, 1980.
Surviving are a daughter, Kathryn POTTORFF of Owatonna, Minn.; two sons, Kenneth COOP of Los Alamos, N. M., Richard COOP of West Des Moines; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Harold FULTON of Fairfield; four sisters, Mildred NOLEN of Fairfield, Gertrude MYERS of Davenport, Wanda PICKERD of Lexington, Ky., and Ferne GLENN of Pawleys Island, S. C. A brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
A lifetime resident of Jefferson County, Mrs. WORKMAN was a homemaker and a registered nurse. She was a 50-year member of First United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star, and a member of the Philathea Class, VFW Auxiliary, and RN Club.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 27TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1986, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GLADYS COOP WORKMAN, DECEASED, BEARING DATE OF THE 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1968, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT RICHARD D. COOP WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE THE WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN FOUR MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
