Hazel N. COCHRAN, 95, 509 E. Burlington, died Friday at the Jefferson County Hospital.
She was born July 11, 1891 at New London, the daughter of Charles H. and Nellie HOBBS GABBERT. She married John COCHRAN in 1907 in Fairfield and she had lived here ever since. COCHRAN died in 1951.
Mrs. COCHRAN was a member of the First Christian Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Fairfield Women's Club and organizer and president of the National Postal Supervisor Auxiliary. She was a housemother at Parsons College for several years.
Mrs. COCHRAN was preceded in death by her husband, one son, one grandson and one brother.
Survivors include one son, Richard of Fairfield, five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, Florence COCHRAN of Fairfield, and one sister, Aletha ASHENBACH of Ft. Myers, Fla.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Gates officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church or the Fairfield Women's Club.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1986, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HAZEL M. COCHRAN, DECEASED, BEARING DATE OF THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH, 1986, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT J. RICHARD COCHRAN WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE THE WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN FOUR MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO THE ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE, AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN FOUR MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) A CLAIM IS THEREAFTER FOREVER BARRED.
