MRS. CARTER RITES SUNDAY

Mrs. Emery W. CARTER, 69, lifetime resident of Libertyville community, passed away this morning at 3:40 at her home in Libertyville after an illness of several months.

Funeral services will be held from the Weston Behner Funeral home at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson. Burial in the Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. CARTER, the daughter of the late Sarah and Z. T. MOORE, was born February 7, 1876 in Libertyville. She was united in marriage November 17, 1897 Emery W. CARTER.

Surviving are her husband, and two daughters, Mrs. Alvin HIATT and Miss Mildred CARTER both of Fairfield; one sister, Mrs. Maggie COPELAND of Libertyville and one brother R. M. MOORE; two children (sic - grandchildren), Bruce and Darlene HIATT.
