LOCAL MISCELLANY.

... MISS JENNIE CARSON, who had been a patient in the Mt. Pleasant hospital for nineteen years, died in that institution Wednesday. The body was brought here for interment by relatives and was buried Thursday. Rev. H. C. Littleton conducted the funeral services.

Note: Buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, IA, in Lot Old.P.219. She shares a monument with her sister Rachel who may or may not be buried here; Rachel died in Siloam Springs, AR, in 1908, and their two brothers, Alexander and Jacob, are buried in Oak Hill Cemetery there. The two brothers and Rachel were the last of their family after Jennie's passing, and had moved to AR in the hopes of improving their health. Their parents were Alexander and Elizabeth BAMBERGER CARSON.
