WM. A. CARSE DIES IN CITY
Funeral For Well Known Farmer in Fairfield, at 2 p.m. Sunday

William A. CARSE, died this noon at the Jefferson county Hospital. He was born June 28, 1858, and has lived in this county his entire life, his last residence being on a farm in Lockridge township. He had been in poor health for the past two years, and seriously ill two weeks.

He leaves his wife and the following sisters, Mrs. S. M. RIDINGER of Murray, Mrs. J. L. WHITE of Spokane, Wash., Mrs. Amie BARTLETT and Ethel CARSE of Fairfield.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Hoskins funeral home. Burial in Evergreen cemetery.

Dr. Gilbert Voorhies pastor of the Presbyterian church will be in charge of the services.

CARSE WILL FILED FOR PROBATE IN THE LOCAL COURT

The estate of the late W. A. CARSE, Fairfield route three, is to be divided equally between his wife, MRs. Nora CARSE, and a sister, Miss Ethel CARSE, according to the will now on file in the office of the Cierk of the Districa (sic) Court. The will provides however, that $500 in cash be given to Mrs. CARSE before the division is made.
