Note: Buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, IA, in Lot 3rd.024. He was a son of Charles and Mary BREEN CARRIGAN. Death was due to cancer of the stomach, and he had lived in Burlington at 801 Gratton for six years, according to his Death Certificate.
