He shares the lot with his mother, Hettie Adaline PRATHER CARLOS, who died in 1933. His father, Michael C. CARLOS, died in 1910 and is buried in Ottumwa Cemetery, Ottumwa, IA, where they had lived at the time. It was originally thought that William was three months old when he died, however he is noted on the 1880 Census Mortality Schedule and the above brief obituary as being three years old.
