Death of Mrs. CALDWELL.

Mrs. A. B. CALDWELL died at her home in the northwest part of town early Saturday morning of heart disease. She had been in poor health for some time, but her last illness was of short duration. Mrs. CALDWELL was born in Wayne county, Ind., in 1845, her maiden name being Samantha J. McCLURE. She removed with her family to Illinois in 1854 and to Iowa in 1856. In 1868 she was married at Fairmount, Mo., to A. B. CALDWELL, and three children, a son and two daughters, were born to them. One of the daughters died when quite young. With her husband she removed to this city in 1876. Mrs CALDWELL had been an upright and consistent member of the Presbyterian church for some years. The funeral occurred Sunday morning at 5 o'clock, Dr Magill conducting the exercises(.) The remains were interred in Evergreen cemetery.

Death of Mrs. A. B. CALDWELL.

Mrs. A. B. CALDWELL died at her home in the northwest part of this city last Saturday morning, of disease of the heart. The funeral occurred at five o'clock Sunday morning and the remains were interred in the Evergreen cemetery. Rev. J. F. Magill conducting the services. Samantha J. McCLURE was born 1845, in Wayne county, Ind.; removed to Illinois in 1854 and to Iowa in 1856; was married to A. B. CALDWELL in 1868, at Fairmont, Mo., and to them were born three children, one son and two daughters. Mrs. CALDWELL removed to Fairfield with her husband in 1876, and was a member of the Presbyterian church for some years.
