JNO. BRIER FUNERAL HELD HERE SUNDAY.

The remains of John BRIER who died at Watsa, S. D., arrived here this morning and the funeral will be held from the residence of his father, William BRIER, South Fourth street, at 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

The body was accompanied here by the sister Donna (sic), with whom he lived. I has been learned that Mr. BRIER went twelve miles to town to get medicine for his sister. His dead body was found about a mile from home, he having done his errand in Watsa. He rode a bicycle but had abandoned it the latter part of the way. It is supposed that he was overtaken by a sudden sickness while on the way.
