FUNERAL FOR MRS. BRIDGES HELD TODAY
Former Fairfield Woman Died In Wilmette, Ill., On Friday

Funeral services for Mrs. Mabel (sic - Mable) BRIDGES, a former resident of Fairfield who died in Wilmette, Ill., July 3, were held this afternoon at 3:00 o'clock from the Murray Funeral Home in this city, in charge of the Christian Science reader, Mrs. J. P. Moorhead. Prof. Moorhead played several selections on the piano. Burial was in Evergreen cemetery.

Ms. BRIDGES was born in 1879 and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. WARWICK. Her husband, Harvey D. BRIDGES, preceded her in death in 1814 (sic - 1915). She is survived by three daughters, Margaret (Mrs. W. H. GALT) of Olathe, Kansas, Katherine of Washington, D. C., Harriett (Mrs. Ralph S. ARNOLD) of Wilamette (sic), at whose home she died; and one son James of Kansas City, Mo. All of the children were in Fairfield for the services.

The family resided in Fairfield at 909 East Burlington street for a number of years prior to moving away in 1931.
