Services Sunday Cross Lanes Church For Mrs. BRAWNER

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. in the Cross Lanes church for Mrs. Charles BRAWNER who passed away this morning at 4:30 a.m. in West Branch, Ia., at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John OFFRINGA where she has been residing the past year.

Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery by the side of her husband who proceded (sic) her in death the past winter (note: December 29, 1944). She is survived by one son, Galen BRAWNER; one daughter, Mrs. John OFFRINGA, West Branch; a number of grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, W. C. BRAWNER of this city. She had been in poor health for some time.

The BRAWNERs had resided west of Fairfield in the Cross Lanes neighborhood for many years.
