Graveside Services For Former Resident

Mrs. Virginia BOYD, former resident, died Wednesday at Mt. Pleasant (note: in Henry Co., IA), following an illness of four years.

She was the daughter of John and Della TURNHAM, born in Iowa July 21, 1863. She was married October 17, 1886 (sic - 1888) to John BOYD who preceded her in death in January, 1945 (sic - 1946).

Survivors are three children, a son, John BOYD and a daughter, Mrs. Margaret TULLER, both of Harris, Missouri, and another daughter, Mrs. Jess DUNCAN of Ottumwa. There are 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Two sons, a daughter and four grandchildren preceded her in death.

Graveside services will be held at Evergreen cemetery at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. S. P. Williamson in charge.
