MRS. CLAUDE BOWERMASTER DIES SUDDENLY

Mrs. Claude BOWERMASTER died suddenly this morning at eight o'clock at her home on West Kirkwood street.

Mrs. BOWERMASTER had only been ill since last evening and her death comes as a great shock to her relatives and friends here.

Grace HARPER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Y. HARPER, was born in this city October 11th, 1882, March 27, 1903 she was married to Claude BOWERMASTER (sic - Harvey Claude BOWERMASTER), who with their son Dale is left to mourn her untimely death.

She is also survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. T. Y. HARPER, and two sisters and one brother, Kate HARPER and Mrs. S. T. BIDDLE and J. R. HARPER of Sioux City.

Mrs. BOWERMASTER was a member of Evergreen Lodge, Degree of Honor, of this city, and had a wide circle of friends.

The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock from the home and burial will be at Evergreen cemetery.

The members of Evergreen Lodge will attend the funeral in a body and will have charge of the services at the grave.

BOWERMASTER FUNERAL THIS AFTERNOON

The funeral of Mrs. Claude BOWERMASTER was held from the home this afternoon at two o'clock and was very largely attended by friends.

Dr. A. H. Lathrop of the First Methodist church conducted the services and Miss Fern Young softly sang two songs.

The members of Evergreen Lodge Degree of Honor, attended in a body and conducted their ritualistic services at the grave. Mrs. BOWERMASTER was also a member of Rebekah Lodge No. 96 of this city. The floral pieces were very beautiful.

MRS CLAUDE BOWERMASTER DIED SUDDENLY MONDAY

Mrs. Claude BOWERMASTER passed away at her home on West Kirkwood street Monday morning at eight o'clock. She had been ill only since the evening before her death came as an unpleasant surprise to the sorrowing relatives and friends.

The fuenral services were held from the home yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Evergreen Lodge, Degree of Honor, of which she was a member, attending in a body. They also conducted short services at the grave.

Mrs. BOWERMASTER was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eli E. HARPER and has made her home in this city since her birth, October 11, 1882.

On March 27, 1903, she was united in marriage with Mr. BOWERMASTER who with the one son, Dale, are left to mourn her departure.

She is also survived by her parents, two sisters, Katie of this city and Mrs. S. T. BIDDLE of Sioux City, and one brother, J. R. HARPER also of Sioux City.
