Page SEVEN, Column 8SERVICES FOR MISS BOOS SET FOR TUESDAY
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Lutheran church in Fairfield for Miss Mary Anna BOOS, 81, of Four Corners, who passed away at the home of Mrs. John Nelson, 206 East Briggs St., around 6:35 o'clock Sunday morning.
The Rev. E. A. Piper, pastor of the local Lutheran church will be in charge of the services. Burial will take place in the Evergreen cemetery,.
She had been seriously ill for the past 18 months.
Miss BOOS is survived by one brother, L. E. BOOS of Lockridge, one sister, Mrs. Louisa RUPP of Lockridge and several nieces and nephews.
The body has been taken to the Hoskins funeral home.

Notice is hereby given that an instrument, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Mary BOOS, Deceased is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson County, and that Tuesday 18th, of January, A. D. 1944 at 9:30 o'clock A. M. has been set for proof and final hearing of same.
Witness my hand and the seal of said Court, this 31st day of December, 1943.
