Page 6, Column 1MRS. BOOMHOWER'S FUNERAL
The funeral services of the late Mrs. Anna E. BOOMHOWER were held at the residence of Mrs. J. E. Hulse, Saturday, at 12:45, conducted by Rev. M. H. Moore, of the M. E. church, south, of which the deceased was a member.
A quartette from the C. P. church, composed of Mrs Edna Barrowman, Mrs. Ruby and Mrs. Carden and Mr. Ruby, sang some choice selections, after which the ladies' auxiliary of the B. of L. E. took charge and in a touching manner conducted the services after the ritual which, in spirit and sentiment, is exceedingly fine. The pallbearers were six ladies from the order and followed the remains to the depot where they were taken to Fairfield, Iowa, and yesterday laid to rest by friends of other years. The flowers were many and very beautiful, attesting the high esteem in which Sister Anna E. BOOMHOWER was held.
