Note: George and Katherine were initially interred in the Fairfield Abbey, a mausoleum that stood in what is now the 6th Addition of Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield. Over the years structural weaknesses caused the Abbey to partially collapse, and those interred there were removed to other accommodations before the Abbey was demolished in the 1970s. George and wife Kathryn (maiden name STEBLETON) were removed to Evergreen Cemetery by August 1, 1968, and interred in Lot 2nd.278½.
