Passed away at Jefferson county hospital yesterday afternoonCecil Bonnie BOLEY 48, life long resident of Fairfield passed away at the Jefferson county hospital yesterday at 3:45 p.m. She had been a patient there for the past five days.
Mrs. BOLEY had been in poor health for the past six months and seriously ill for the past sixty days.
She was born in Fairfield, September 13, 1894, and spent her entire life in this community. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Mrs. BOLEY is survived by her husband, Ray BOLEY and the following children: Chester Glenn, Ottumwa; Marjorie Louise GEORGE, Keokuk; Merle Raymond at home; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Perrin REED Fairfield.
The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Robert BARBER, Fairfield; Lawrence REED, Tindall Mo.; Mrs. Roscoe REIGHARD, Fairfield; John REED, Birmingham; Charles REED, aviation cadet at Chicago University Chicago; and Mrs. Robert CARLSON, Fairfield. Two grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Hoskins Funeral Home in charge of Rev. W. J. Bell. Buriel (sic) will be in Evergreen cemetery.
