Phyllis Joan BLAIN

Phyllis Joan BLAIN, 63, of Ottumwa Good Samaritan Center, died Sept. 12, 2000, at the center (note: in Wapello Co., IA).

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. friday (sic - Friday) at St. Mary Catholic Church in fairfield (sic - Fairfield).

The daughter of Vincent Thomas and Catherine L. SHAFFER MENKE, she was born Oct. 7, 1935, in Fairfield.
