Former Resident Dies In Colorado

Bessie GAUMER has received notice of the death at Fort Collins, Colo., of her cousin, William BARTON, 85, who was born and reared in Fairfield.

Funeral services for Mr. BARTON were held last week at Fort Collins. His ashes will be buried here at Evergreen cemetery. He is survived by his wife and two children and a brother, Harry BARTON, and a sister, Minnie BARTON, both of Fort Collins.

Note: Buried in Lot Old.P.247. His wife was Sophia Agnes SIEFERT, who died in 1964. She is buried in Fort Collins, in Grandview Cemetery, and William is noted on her stone there. He has no gravestone here in Fairfield.
