MRS. L. BARROW DIED SATURDAY
Had Been a Patient in Hospital for 6 Weeks With Typhoid Fever and Cancer

Mrs. Louis BARROW passed away Saturday night at 9:10 oclock at the Jefferson County hospital where she had been a patient for the past 6 weeks suffering from typhoid fever and cancer.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 oclock from the Hoskins Funeral Home in charge of Dr. H. B. Scoles. Interment will be in the Evergreen cemetery.

Laura BOOTH was born October 12, 1862 in Beureau (sic) County, Ill., and came to this county with ehr (sic) parents when 2 1-2 years of age. They settled on a farm 3 miles northwest of the city.

On March 4, 1891 she was married to Louis BARROW and they settled on a farm within a mile of her parents home and they have made their home there since. Three children were born to them, two having died in infancy and one son, Charles H. of 5 miles northwest of the city, also two grandchildren, two brothers, Ernest of Tacoma, Wash., and Frank of this city, three sisters, Mrs. Ed BATES, Mrs. Joe SHELTON and Mrs. Ed NEISWANGER all of this city survive her. Mr. BARROW passed away 1 year and 7 months ago.

FUNERAL RITES OF MRS. BARROW
Services in Charge of Dr. Scoles With Interment at Evergreen Cemetery

Funeral services for Mrs. Louis BARROW, who passed away Saturday at the Jefferson County hospital, were held yesterday afternoon at 2:30 oclock from the Hoskins Funeral Home in charge of Dr. H. B. Scoles. Mrs. Frank Pierson and Mrs. Arthur Greef sang, "Abide With Me" and "No Night There."

The following relatives were pall bearers, Ed NEISWANGER, Ed BATES, Joe SHELTON, John ROSS, Joe WILSON and John COPELAND.

Interment was made in the Evergreen cemetery.

Out of town relatives here for the services were, Mr. and Mrs. Harold HILDEBRAND and family of Dover, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Harold SCOVEL and family and Mr. and Mrs. Charles BOOTH of Libertyville and Mrs. Bert BARROW and daughter Lois of Wellman.

To the W. T. Rawleigh Company, and to all others interested in the estate of Louis BARROW, Deceased:

You are hereby notified that there is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson County, Iowa, the Final Report of Charles H. BARROW, administrator de bonis non of the Louis BARROW estate, and that by Order of the Hon. E. S. Wells, presiding Judge, said matter will come on for hearing at the Court House in Fairfield, Iowa, on the 21st day of October, 1927 at 1:30 oclock P. M., and that the Claim of W. T. Rawleigh Company has been disallowed as not a just Claim, and at such time and place all interested may attend, otherwise said Final Report will be approved and the administrator discharged and his bond exonerated
