ZERRELDA BARBER SUMMONED AFER A WEEK'S ILLNESS

Zerrelda Juanita BARBER, eleven year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert BARBER, 612 West Jackson street, passed away at the Jefferson County Hospital at eight o'clock this morning following a week's illness.

Besides her parents she is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Illa May, John, Robert, Leo, Beverly and Shirley. She was born January 18, 1920.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at two o'clock from the Hoskins Funeral Home and interment in Evergreen cemetery.

OBITUARY

ZERRELDA BARBER

Zerrelda Jaunita (sic - Juanita) BARBER, Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert BARBER passed away Sept. 25, at the Jeffersonn (sic) County Hospital after only a weeks illness, at the age of eleven years, 8 months and 7 days And all that kind and loving hands could was done, but to no avail (sic). And her Master called her to be with him in that bright and beautiful home on high.

She is surrived (sic) by her parents and the following brothers and sisters:

John, Robert and Leo. Ila, Beverly and Shirley. Also her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. J. D. BARBER and Mr. and Mrs. P. E. REED and hosts of relatives and friends. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Crown at the Hoskins funeral Home Sunday Sept. 27 at 2:00 o'clock. Mrs. Crown sand "Jewells" and Asleep in Jesus, accompanied on the piano by Mrs. Hoops.

The pall bears were: Gladys and Margaret Johnson, Mae Angstead, Dorothy Simmons, Madge Harper and Dora Manley.

She was laid to rest in the Evergreen cemetary (sic) by the side of her sister, Evelyn Iona, who preceded her in death eleven years ago.

We wish to sincerely express our thanks to the neighbors and friends for their kindness and sympathy during the illness and death of our beloved daughter and sister. Also the pall bearers, the singers and those who furnished cars and for the beautiful flowers.
