Faith BAKER, who had served as a clerk in the Fairfield Water Department Office for the past ten years, died suddenly of an apparent heart attack about 1 p.m. today.
Reports said she had just walked out of the billing room and was leaving for lunch when she toppled over. An ambulance was called and she was pronounced dead on arrival at the Jefferson County Hospital.
No funeral arrangements had been made shortly after 1:30 p.m. today.
Mrs. BAKER made her home at Libertyville and had been employed at the Water Department Office since 1961, moving to this community from Indiana.
She is survived by three daughters and one brother, Harry MUNN, Fairfield.

LIBERTYVILLE -- Last rites will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Libertyville United Methodist Church for Mrs. Faith BAKER who died suddenly Tuesday.
Mrs. BAKER suffered a heart attack about 12:30 p.m. while at work in the Water Department Office at the Fairfield City Hall. The Fire Department emergency squad and an ambulance were summoned but she failed to respond to treatment. She was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
The services Friday will be conducted by the Rev. Ben Hang. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The body will be taken from Raymond Funeral Home to the church at 9 a.m.
Faith Marguerite BAKER was born Dec. 2, 1930, at Indianapolis, Ind., the daughter of Harry W. and Sue COLEMAN MUNN. She was reared and educated in the Indianapolis and Shelbyville, Ind., communities.
She was married in 1964 to Francis D. BAKER at Shelbyville.
Mrs. BAKER moved to Fairfield ten years ago and since had been employed in the office of the Fairfield Water Department. She was a member of the Libertyville United Methodist Church, Eastern Star, past matron and secretary of Past Matrons Club, White Shrine, president of the VFW Auxiliary, district VFW Auxiliary Trustee, and a member of the Rainbow Advisory Board.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Sue MUNN, Indianapolis; three daughters, Mrs. Charles HAWK, Omaha, Neb.; Barbara at home and attending Parsons College; and Dale Sue attending Southeast Community College in Mount Pleasant; and a brother, Harry MUNN, Fairfield. She was preceded in death by her father.
Members of VFW Auxiliary are requested to meet at the hall Friday at 9:30 a.m. to attend the services.

You are hereby notified that on the 8th day of November, 1971, the undersigned was appointed administrator of said estate. Notice is hereby given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claims shall thereafter be forever barred.
