CHAS. H. ARMSTRONG DIED EARLY SUNDAY

Charles Howard ARMSTRONG died yesterday morning at ten o'clock at the Jefferson County Hospital after a several days illness with pneumonia.

The funeral services were held this afternoon at three o'clock from the late residence at 614 West Stone street in charge of Rev. A. R. Toothacre of the Baptist church, and the remains were interred in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. ARMSTRONG was born in Illinois on October 20th, 1876, being at the time of his death 40 years, three months and twenty-one days old. He leaves his wife to mourn his untime- death (sic). For some time he had been an efficient employee of the Iowa Malleable Iron Company, and he was a man well liked by his fellow men.
