OBITUARY

GUSTAVUS ANDERSON

Gustavus ANDERSON was born in Sweden August 8th, 1862, coming to this country in 1870 and passed away March 24th, 1926 at Fairfield, Ia.

He was married to Cora BALES in 1897.

He is survived by his wife, two brothers, two sisters, five children and one grandchild. The children are Mrs. Violet MURRAY, Fairfield; Rex and Max, Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. May COOKE, Glendale, Ia., and Ray of Stockport, Ia.

He was formerly a resident of this county, but had lived at Stockport, Ia., for many years, coming to Fairfield last October to make his home.

This is the first time the family circle has been broken and the loved one will be greatly missed in the home.

The burial service was conducted by Rev. George Parker, of the Luthernan (sic) church at 2:30 p.m. March 28.

The text used was Romans 8:28 and the remains were tenderly carried to their last resting place in Evergreen cemetery by the sons and brothers.
