… John ADAMS, a brother of Walter A. ADAMS of Bernhart, died in Chicago the first of the week. The remains were brought here this morning and were interred in the Evergreen cemetery. Deceased was a native of England and had been in this country but a short time. …

The remains of John ADAMS, brother of Walter A. ADAMS, arrived here from Chicago, Wednesday for burial. He was found dead in Chicago. It is not known definitely whether it was suicide or murder.

Note: Interment was in Lot Old.P.234. He is buried in Walter's family plot and appears on the same side of the monument as Walter's wife Ellen in addition to having a footstone with his given name on it.
