Mrs. Mildred PATTON (sic - PATTEN), wife of R. H. PATTON, died at her home near the "Q" depot Tuesday night about half past eight o'clock. She had been an invalid for years and her death was not unexpected. Mrs. PATTON was the daughter of C. L. COX, deceased, who lived in Cedar township, and was a sister of Charles COX, of this city, who has been taking care of her the past year. She has been a resident of this county for the past fifty-five years. Deceased was seventy-five years old (sic - 76 years, 4 days). The funeral will take place Thursday or Friday, and the remains will be interred in the Wright cemetery near Wooster.
