OREN W. PARSONS FUNERAL WAS HELD THIS AFTERNOON

Funeral services for Oren Winfield PARSONS, son of Mr. and Mrs. Truman PARSONS, were held at two o'clock this afternoon from the residence eight and a half miles southeast of the city. Burial was in the Wright cemetery.

Oren Winfield PARSONS was born in Jefferson county, November 9th, 1909, and died Saturday evening, January 3rd. He had been in poor health for several years and his death was due to diabetes.

Oren Winfield PARSONS Dead.

At the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oren W. PARSONS (sic - Truman and Addy PARSONS), eight miles northeast of this city, occurred the death of Oren Winfield PARSONS, Jr., aged ten years. He had been afflicted for some time with diabetes, which was the immediate cause of his death, which occurred Saturday. He was buried in Wright cemetery.
