Henry C. HERROLD, a well known farmer of Cedar township, was found dead in a pasture near his home last evening about 8 o'clock. He had left the house shortly before noon to hunt a stray hog. Not returning at dark a search was made for him and it resulted in the finding of his lifeless body. It is supposed that death resulted from heart disease. Mr. HERROLD was a native of Pennsylvania and was sixty-five years of age. He had been a resident of this county for about thirty-five years. He was a man of unobtrusive manner and had comparatively few acquaintances, but those who knew him held him in high esteem. Two brothers and a sister, F. M., J. S. and Minerva HERROLD, survive him. Funeral services will be held at the home, eight miles southeast of this city, tomorrow morning.
