F. E. DUNCAN PASSES AWAY IN CHICAGO

F. E. DUNCAN, 78, passed away this morning at the home of his son, Frank DUNCAN, in Chicago, Ill., following a stroke suffered yesterday morning.

DUNCAN had been in Chicago only a week following a visit with two sons, Preston and Hobart in northern Iowa.

He is survived by the following children: Frank, Chicago; Preston and Hobart, northern Iowa; Walter, Fairfield; Mrs. Greer RAMSAY, Fairfield; Mrs. Clarence SWITZER, RFD Fairfield and Mrs. Verner WORMAN, Chicago; one sister, Miss Kate DUNCAN, Fairfield; and one brother, Preston DUNCAN of Sheridan, Wyo.

His wife, Mrs. F. E. DUNCAN passed away in 1942.

The body is being sent to the Hoskins Funeral Home in Fairfield.

DUNCAN Services Set For Monday Dec. 20

Services for F. E. DUNCAN, 78, who passed away yesterday at the home of his son, Frank DUNCAN, in Chicago, Ill. will be held at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Hoskins Funeral Home here.

Services will be conducted by the Rev. E. A. Piper, pastor of the Lutheran church, and interment will take place at the Richwoods cemetery.
