Death Takes H. PARSONS

Mrs. Hazel L. PARSONS, 80, of Crawfordsville, died Sunday at the Washington county Hospital. She had been ill for four days.

Last rites will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., at the Sherman-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Harlan Winter officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery.

Mrs. PARSONS was born Oct. 24, 1895 at Lockridge the daughter of George and Cora Belle MURPHY RIZOR.

She was reared and educated in Glendale. She was married to Floyd E. PARSONS on March 4, 1924 at Fairfield.

She resided in Washington County for 27 years and was a member of the United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband; three sons, Orville PARSONS of Crawfordsville, Everett PARSONS of Hurdland, Mo., and Harold PARSONS of Coal Valley, Ill.

She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Bessie DOUBLE of Chicago; and two brothers, Carl RIZOR of Fairfield and Bernard RIZOR of Lincoln, Neb.

She was preceded in death by one sister, two brothers and a granddaughter.
