Jackie R. Pumphrey, 36, of Livermore, Calif., formerly of Hedrick, died Friday, April 15, 2005, at her home in Livermore.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ottumwa, with the Rev. John Spiegel officiating. Burial will be in Competine Cemetery near Farson.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the family present from 6-8 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the family or Heartland Humane Society.

Ms. Pumphrey was born Nov. 27, 1968, in Fairfield, the daughter of Jack and Betty McCleary Pumphrey.

She graduated from Pekin High School in 1987.

She worked the last 14 years at NUMI Inc.

Survivors include her parents of Hedrick; one sister, Tracey Coulter of Tracy, Calif.; one grandmother, Marybelle Pumphrey; and special friend, Mike Baguio.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rollo Pumphrey and Ray and Ocie McCleary.
