April 07, 2005Gary Lee Fleming, 59, of Clarence, died Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
The funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton, with the Rev. Ron Lashmit officiating. Burial will be in Red Oak Cemetery in Tipton.
Visitation will be from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday prior to the funeral.

Mr. Fleming was born Jan. 28, 1946, in Fairfield, the son of William and Wilma Grace Turner Fleming. He married Gail Lynn Anderson June 16, 1973, in DeKalb, Ill.
He received a bachelor of science degree in engineering from Iowa State University.
He served in the military with the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Fleming worked as a construction engineer and estimator/project manager.
He was a member of the Tipton United Methodist Church in Tipton, the National Society of Professional Estimators and the Iowa State University Alumni Association.
Survivors include his wife of Clarence; his father of Fairfield; two sons, Kyle William Fleming of Des Moines and Chris Wilkinson of Fairfield; two daughters, Lisa Louise Fleming of Maryland Heights, Mo., and Julie Marie Fleming of Marion; one grandson; three sisters, Shirley Brobston of Hamilton, Ill., Sandy Olinger of Virginia City, Nev., and Randy Larson of Cedar Rapids; and one brother, Mark Fleming of Davenport.
Mr. Fleming was preceded in death by his mother and two infant children.
