Content Bangs Ferguson, 91, of North Palm Beach, Fla. and formerly of Fairfield, died Sunday, March 27, 2005, at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach.

The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at The Waterford in Juno Beach, Fla.

Memorials may be sent to First United Methodist Church of Jupiter/Tequesta, 815 E. Indiantown Road, Jupiter, FL 33458.

Aycock Funeral Home in Jupiter is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Ferguson was born in New London in 1914, and the family lived in the Fairfield area. She married Garland Ferguson. He later died.

She had been a resident of North Palm Beach for the past 20 years, previously residing in the Florida Keys.

Before her retirement, she was the office manager for the Port Authority of New Orleans, La., worked in Chicago, Ill., and New York City, N.Y.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Jupiter/Tequesta, the P.E.O. Sisterhood Chapter in Tequesta, the Lighthouse Gallery in Jupiter and the Florida Historical Society.

Survivors include one sister, Joy Keswick of Jupiter.
