Arlene Joyce Weiskopf Hamilton, 73, died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 20, 2005, at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

The funeral was held Feb. 23 in Houston.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2909 W. Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 77025.

Settegast-Kopf Co. was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hamilton was born in Donahue, the daughter of Edwin and Ella Weiskopf. She married Fairfield native Milo Hamilton April 6, 1952.

She grew up in Eldridge and graduated from high school in Davenport in 1950.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Patricia Hamilton Watson of Baldwin, Ga.; one son, Mark Hamilton of Roswell, Ga.; two sisters, Phyllis Wahlig of Davenport and Kate Dittmer of Eldridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
