HENRY WILMS DIES SATURDAY
Brighton Man Summoned In Iowa City Hospital, At 81 Years

BRIGHTON, Nov. 19 ~ Henry WILMS, 81, died Saturday evening in the hospital at Iowa City, after having been in the hospital two weeks for treatment. Mr. WILMS was born March 19, 1853, in Harvard, Germany. He came to the United States in 1883, and on January 13, 1884, was united in marriage with Miss Cecelia FRANZEN. They have lived in Brighton over fifty years, having celebrated their golden wedding anniversary last January. Surviving are the wife and two children, Mrs. Howard RICHARDSON of Brighton, and Peter WILMS of Moline, Ill. Another son, Henry, died a year ago. There are six grandchildren. Mr. WILMS had no other living relatives.

The funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 9:00 o'clock (sic), at the St. Joseph's church in East Pleasant Plain. Reverend Father Seidel will conduct the services. Burial will be in the East Pleasant Plain cemetery (sic - St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery).
