Last Rites Tuesday, Mrs. SHELANGOSKI; Born In Poland

Mrs. P. H. SHELANGOSKI, aged 61 years, passed away at her home in Brighton Saturday night at 11:15 p.m. She had been in poor health for some time suffering with diabetis (sic) and complications. Stella Hedwig ZMYSLONY was born in Poland, Oct. 12, 1879, came to America with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mat ZMYSLONY to Iowa some 55 years ago and lived for many years on a farm in the Richwoods community.

She was married to Peter SHELANGOSKI in September 1899. For a number of years they lived on a farm west of Germanville coming to Brighton four years ago. She is survived by her husband; the following children Edward, East Moline, Ill., Athony (sic), Fairfield, Richard on the home place, Hubert and Barbara at home. One brother, Peter ZMYSLONY in California; two sisters, Mrs. Lucy ROGAL of Pleasant Plain, Mrs. Mary SMITH, Arkansas.
