Brighton Child Dies Of Illness

BRIGHTON, Ia. -- Daniel GEVOCK, two-year-old Brighton child, died Monday at University hospital in Iowa City after an illness of six weeks. Death was caused by pneumonia.

The child was the son of Clarence G. (sic - George Vincent) and Carol NORTH GEVOCK. Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's church in East Pleasant Plain. Rites will be conducted by the Rev. Henry B. Geers. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery.

The GEVOCK child was born Jan. 16, 1959. Surviving are the parents, one sister, Karen Ann, and two brothers, Dwain and Larry. Surviving grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert NORTH and Mrs. Mary GEVOCK, all of Brighton. The body is at the Gould Funeral home in Brighton.
