LOY JAMES GORMAN
Grand Junction, CO

Loy James GORMAN passed away December 27, 2017, at Community Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. He was born in Batavia, IA to Charlie Alva and Mary Elizabeth LOY (sic - Charlie A. & Mary E. LOY GORMAN). He was an electrician and farmer. He served in the Army from 1951-1953.

Loy was a loving husband and father. He loved to travel and made several trips to western Colorado, where he lived until him and his wife Gloria moved to Grand Junction in June of 2017. He is survived by his wife Gloria, his son Dennis GORMAN (Lisa) Philippines, two sisters Ruth LEAZER and LuAnn DAVIS both of Fairfield, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three step children of Grand Junction.

He was proceeded (sic) in death by his parents, daughter Beverly MILBY, and grandson Zane GORMAN. A military honor service will be held at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 2830 Riverside Pkwy., Grand Junction, CO on Friday, January, 5th at 3:00 p.m. Loy was very much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
