Darlene Courtney, 67, of Salina, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2005, at her home.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Mo., with burial in Coffee Cemetery near Downing, Mo. A meal will follow at Lancaster Christian Church.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials can be made to the family.

Mrs. Courntey was born Dec. 5, 1937, in Downing, the daughter of Curtis Leo and Eathel Palmer. She married Alfred Lee Courtney April 4, 1975.

She retried in May 2004 from Experian in Mount Pleasant.

Survivors include her mother; her husband; four sons Leo House of Corpus Christi, Texas, Donnie House of Burlington, Terry House of Richland, and Doug House of Fairfield; two daughters, Diane Henry of Farmington and Sharon Ryder of Fairfield; two stepchildren, Jon Courtney of Libertyville and Margie Curtis of Fairfield; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; and three sisters, Wilma Cain of Danville, Mary Parker of Burlington and Kay Palmer of Corpus Christi.

She was preceded in death by her father, one sister, two sons and one grandson.
