MRS. CORA RIZOR

Mrs. Cora RIZOR, who formerly lived west of Lockridge, underwent an operation at the Jefferson County hospital Thursday and passed away Saturday night at 8:50 o'clock, after being in ill health for the past three years.

The funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Lockridge Baptist church in charge of Rev. H. E. Butler. Interment was in the Lockridge cemetery.

Mrs. RIZOR is the widow of George W. RIZOR who died seven years ago. She was formerly Miss Cora Belle MURPHY and was born April 25, 1864. She has lived in Fairfield for the past five years.

She is survived by the following children: Mrs. C. E. DOUBLE of Lincoln Nebr., Mrs. J. PARKER of Lincoln, Nebr., Leroy of Burlington, Bert of Fairfield, Mrs. Floyd PARSONS of Lockridge and Carl and Bernard at home. She also leaves a brother, Frank MURPHY, of Mankato, Kansas.
