This community was very greatly shocked to hear of the sad bereavement which has befallen one of our old residents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles SCHIBER (sic - SCHEIBER), in the loss of their eight year old daughter, their only child. The funeral services were held at the Lockridge church at 1 o'clock Thursday with interrment (sic) in the Lockridge cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. SCHIBER have the sympathy of the people of Lockridge and vicinity, this being their former home before moving to Burlington.
