Page 2, Column 2PETER RIVEY DIED AT LOCKRIDGE
Peter RIVEY, a well known resident of this county, passed away at his home near Lockridge, early Tuesday morning, after a several months illness with kidney trouble. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10:00 o'clock (sic) from the residence, in charge of Rev. Weston, of Mt. Pleasant. Interment will be made in the Lockridge cemetery.
Peter RIVEY was born in France, October 10, 1843 (sic - 1834). He moved to Jefferson county about 50 years ago and has since made his home on a farm near Lockridge.
He is survived by the following children: Miss Jennie RIVEY, Mrs. Louis GRAFF (sic - GRAF) and Mrs. Henry DANIELSON, of Lockridge, William and Elizabeth RIVEY, of Wooster; Frank, of Glasgow; Mrs. Mary MILLSPACH (sic - MILLSPAUGH), of Rome, Mr. (sic - Mrs.) Katherine DENNEY (sic - DENNY), of New London, and a daughter in Colorado. Two children Mandy RIVEY and Mr. (sic - Mrs.) P. I. DANIELSON preceded their father in death.
